I love the classes so much! As a busy working mum (and studying!) mum of three I find the classes really bite size and manageable to fit into my life weather I do them live or on catch up. I feel strong, toned and more flexibale all in the total amount of weekly time (1.5 hours!) it would take to do one exercise class at the gym with travel time.
