Benefits of body brushing

My aim is to help make women feel their healthiest and happiest. Be confident, loved and full of good energy. Dry brushing is one of the things that helps me to feel this way. I practice it for a couple of minutes whilst my shower is warming up in a morning. It has so many benefits, here is some information about dry brushing.

Dry body brushing has been used by almost all historical civilisations including the ancient Egyptians, Indians, Greeks and Romans, Chinese, Japanese, Scandinavians, Russians, Turks and Native Americans.

The benefits are quite immediate, it stimulates your blood flow helping to wake you up straight away instantly improving morning energy.

Skin cells shed every 30 days and this can result in build up / scaling. The brushing helps to keep the regeneration process going which as we age slows down.

It is thought to aid the lymphatic system to flow which removes toxins and waste form our bodies. This with the improved circulation is thought to aid the reduction of the appearance of cellulite although there is no studies on this.

How do I do it?

Brushing should be done dry do not get your brush wet as it can cause the wood and bristles to go manky! Begin brushing from the ankles up the legs and anti clockwise motions on the glutes and around the stomach. then Brush from hands towards the armpits and same with the chest.

I personally do this before showing whilst drinking a big glass of water.

I love the process and find it so relaxing, it makes me feel smooth and glowing.
