Top tips to prevent burnout

Here at peaches we are on a mission to help you feel the best you. A lot of us are so overstimulated on a daily basis burnout is becoming more and more common.

Here our some of our top tips to prevent burnout and to keep your energy protected.

Exercising, but gently. Resistance bands or light weights, walks and stretching. Did you know that if you do super hard cardio or HIIT you are actually adding to your stress. Physical stress goes through the same process as mental stress as far as your body is concerned. Our resistance booty bands can help with this.

Eating lots of fibre but also healthy fats such as fatty fish, avocado, a few nuts. I LOVE this recipe to get my fats in; 3 tbsp cacao, 1 avocado, 2 tbsp honey. Wizz it together and top with raspberries. Voila, chocolate mousse. The cacao contains magnesium and there is healthy fats & fibre! Winner winner chocolate dinner!

Take a break! Wether it be a 10 minute walk or a 15 minute soak in magnesium. Try priorities time away from screens, and stimulation. This is a form of meditation.

Finally when it all seems to much grab a pen and paper. Write down 3 lists. To do urgent, what you’ve achieved over the last year and what you’re grateful for. Believe me it really helps!

Remember your health is a priority as without filling your cup you can’t help fill anyone else’s either!
