What to expect from a class.

My mission is to change the way you feel about exercise. Instead of it being a chore or punishment it is a beautiful space of 30 minutes where you strengthen your body, quieten and lift your mind, improve your balance and performance and connect your breath and mind.

It’s time out for you to simply focus on you.

We wake up together 3 days per week, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday 7am and inspire each-other to grow and improve out minds and bodies for 30 minutes. It goes by really quickly. I recommend setting up with warm water, an incense stick or candle and maybe 5 minutes sitting in science before we begin just to set the tone for your day ahead.

This time does not work for everyone hence the classes are recorded and there is access to comment under the class that you completed it or if you have any comments or questions.

There is also a WhatsApp group for all members where we support and inspire each other. If you wish to be part of this lovely community.

I feel so blessed to have these classes as part of my weekly life they have brought me a lot of stability in times when there was non. Being surrounded by lovely supportive people and caring for our minds and bodies together.
